Most people feel that discipline is a negative factor in their lives. They usually relate self-discipline to a set of enforced rules to keep things in order. But discipline keeps us productive day-to-day. In fact, it allows us to lead an orderly life according to our principles, duties, needs and beliefs.
Furthermore, in order to deal with our constant internal conflict of first doing the most important things and then entertainment activities, it is not enough to discipline not only our character but also our spirit, to be able to direct our goals and objectives through patience and above all constancy.

Use time well: Remember that the most valuable thing you have is your time, so the use you make of it is a key point to be a productive person and be able to fulfill your daily routine that will lead you to your great goal.
Decision making: It is important that you write the steps you will take to be disciplined with yourself. Above all, set a deadline to meet your objectives.
Identify your strengths: In this factor it is essential that you recognize your skills, it means you must recognize what you are good at and use it to your advantage.
Stop being a perfectionist: Many times we strive so hard to perform just one activity, but we leave aside the other 10. So focus on what is important and recognize where you need more discipline. Work one step at a time, because you remember that the habit of discipline takes time.
Choose to act: You’ve heard the phrase “Later is too late”, that means don’t overthink things, just set them in motion. Start with slight changes so that you can gradually turn them into a habit.
